“The shoes used are important, but sometimes what is not immediately visible -the result of discussing pathology and possible shoeing packages between treating vet and farrier- is at least as important.
This zero degree palmar angled RF was shod with a GluShu, obvious right?
The floating toe, limiting pressure under the apex of the coffin bone:
the rocker creating the air wedge (reducing strain on deep flexor without overloading suspensory:
the two degree fusion pad, a leather foot side and PU ground side:
and Glue-U Shupack in shore 30 (20 to 30 shore A is a pretty safe hardness for applications between sole and pad are at least as important here.
