Meet a 2001 mare, a mix of Invitation Only and Ima Margie Riker, affectionately known as “the old lady.” Despite her years of service, she faced challenges, particularly in her left front hoof.

"The old lady needed a little help. The less than ideal left front could do with lateral support. When working with GluShu, this is how I rebuild collapsed walls like this one. Put the foot on one of those sticky boards (this one from Glue-U is card board, I always wondered why they had to be plastic) and apply polyurethane (Shufix) to the wall making up for the lack of support there.

 After it sets, you can grind it. Shape and glue the Glushu on with their acrylic Shubond and you'll have a much better shaped foot, reducing the strain on the lateral collateral ligaments of that foot. It really isn't rocket science after all. #sigronpodiatry.”
